  • JD, MBA, or Master’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in drafting or enforcing policy for an online platform or engagement with public policy issues in technology, government, law or online.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage global product policy and standards with a regional focus.
  • Identify policy issues that may affect Google and understand their impact, and manage high-impact policy escalations and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement product policies and standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and launch products that promote user trust and uphold Google’s policies.
