About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Integrity team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and enhance features across the BlueCat Integrity ecosystem. You’ll work primarily with Java, React, and PostgreSQL, collaborating with a talented team of engineers focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of complex technical problems, design thoughtful solutions, and contribute to the overall quality of the product. While this role isn’t primarily a leadership position, you’ll occasionally provide guidance and mentorship to teammates and may lead small projects or initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components of the Integrity platform using Java, React, and PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with other developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

• Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges with creativity and independence.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to testing and automation strategies to improve reliability and maintainability.

• Occasionally lead development efforts or mentor junior team members.

• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and performance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software development experience in a production environment.

• Proficiency and comfort working with Java, React, and PostgreSQL (expert-level not required).

• Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.

• Exposure to testing frameworks, automation tools, and infrastructure concepts.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to take ownership of complex technical features and deliver them with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience in networking or infrastructure software development.

• Experience or familiarity with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) concepts — even if it’s just from hands-on experience configuring a router or home network.
