Wipro is looking for Senior Training Manager in Hyderabad for Trust & Safety business.

About the Role
The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training programs and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Location: Financial District, Hyderabad

Experience: 12+ years

Note: Recent experience of Trust & Safety business is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Development:
Ensure all training goals and objectives are met at an account level.
Create and implement learning service integration and transition plans, ensuring that all necessary activities are performed in a timely and effective manner.
Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services, collaborate with customers to ensure that all requirements are met.

Project Leadership:
Partner with business leaders to understand learning requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design relevant content.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders (Internal & External).
Ensure compliance and execution of all training practices as defined for the business. Design and deploy a new training framework if needed.
Work with internal and external customers to ensure that the organization's learning management system is configured to support the integration and transition of learning services.
Assess and report on learning service performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the agreed goals.
Create, maintain, and report details of all work done in a timely manner to various stakeholders as per the agree timelines.
Facilitate learning service reviews and improvement initiatives, collaborating with learning service providers and customers to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and allocate resources as per business needs; ensure that the SOW terms are always met.
Mentor new and existing resources.
Conduct ROI analyses to assess program impact.
Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
