Job Summary:

They are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test Graduate to join their Trust and Safety team, focusing on ensuring high product quality through testing and automation. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with peers and enhance internal tools while addressing quality challenges.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.
• Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.
• Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Java/C++
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams across time zones
• Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment

Preferred:
• Quality, Testing and R&D related work experiences or internships
