The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop critical components for data change, recovery, and overall data integrity.
  • Work on many of Google’s database systems, understanding their similarities and differences, and contribute to solutions like Spanner Managed DML (SMDML) and Spanner Point-in-Time Restore (SPiTR).
  • Collaborate with numerous internal customers to enhance their data integrity posture, covering prevention, detection, mitigation, and notification strategies.
  • Manage, modify, and recover data, increasing Google’s reliability and velocity.
  • Contribute to a platform that unifies and integrates existing data integrity products to simplify data management and response to incidents.
