Bumble Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our Trust & Customer Experience team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, execution-focused product leader who will own the development of scalable solutions that strengthen authenticity, reduce abuse, and reinforce community trust across Bumble Inc. products. You’ll lead initiatives that protect our platforms from unauthorized use, impersonation, fraud, and other inauthentic and illegitimate behaviors. You will also help drive platform-wide improvements to moderation systems, identity verification, and abuse enforcement tooling—delivering outcomes that improve user trust, operational resilience, and safety at scale.

About the Trust & Safety Team

You’ll join a cross-functional Trust & Safety team that designs systems to prevent harm, protect members, and empower responders. We build scalable solutions that reduce risk and promote authentic, respectful interactions across our platforms. We believe safety is at the core of everything we build at Bumble Inc.—and we’re here to build it thoughtfully, proactively, and ethically.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end product strategy, prioritization, and execution for complex, high-priority Trust & Safety initiatives focused on platform authenticity, account integrity, and abuse prevention
Design and scale systems that combat inauthentic behavior (e.g., inauthentic accounts, unauthorized access, illegitimate behavior, impersonation) while improving member experience and reducing friction
Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, Policy, Legal, and Customer Support to enhance detection, enforcement, verification, and appeals processes
Drive the adoption and integration of identity verification methods, authenticity signals, and machine learning classifiers to improve signal quality, enforcement accuracy, and reduce operational burden
Support scaled abuse operations through platform enhancements that enable efficient, accurate, and defensible moderation decisions at scale
Develop metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to assess safety impact, operational efficiency, and member trust over time
Influence the broader Product organization through strong cross-functional leadership, mentorship of other Product Managers, and active contributions to team rituals and standards
Manage negotiations and relationships with third-party vendors to support product and operational needs

About You
You have 6+ years of product management experience, including substantial ownership of Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Platform Abuse initiatives
You’ve successfully built and scaled systems to reduce inauthentic behavior, enforce community standards, or support abuse operations in high-growth consumer tech environments
You have experience with one or more of the following: account verification, inauthentic account detection, platform misuse prevention, identity/authenticity signals, or enforcement systems
You are a systems thinker who can work across complex safety, compliance, and engagement trade-offs to design for scale and sustainability
You are customer-obsessed, data-literate, and comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your decisions
You have a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, including navigating legal, policy, and operational complexity with clarity and confidence
You operate with empathy, integrity, and urgency, especially when working on sensitive or high-impact challenges

Preferred Experience
Prior experience with identity verification or account authenticity initiatives, particularly in dating, social media, marketplaces, or user-generated content platforms
Familiarity with content and behavioral moderation tooling, abuse taxonomies, detection models, or third-party Trust & Safety vendors
Experience building or supporting workflows for scaled Trust & Safety operations teams (e.g., global enforcement, appeals, risk reviews)
Understanding of safety and privacy regulatory landscapes
