About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a high-performing Email Operations and Email Security team in a 24x7 operational environment. This role is responsible for managing analysts handling email security operations, spam and abuse mitigation, phishing investigations, and Trust and Safety workflows while ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in email infrastructure, email authentication protocols, Splunk, and people management within a BPO, SOC, Trust and Safety, or email operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily email operations to ensure service levels, quality metrics, and productivity targets are achieved.
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of analysts operating in a 24x7 environment.
Manage workforce planning, rostering, and shift schedules.
Monitor and analyze trends related to spam, phishing, spoofing, malware, and email abuse.
Drive proactive mitigation strategies and operational improvements.
Conduct incident reviews, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Utilize Splunk to create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable operational insights.
Ensure compliance with email authentication standards including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain operational excellence.
Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Email Operations, Trust and Safety, Security Operations Center, Cybersecurity Operations, or a related environment.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Splunk.
Strong knowledge of SMTP, email infrastructure, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Proven experience leading and managing teams in a 24x7 BPO or operations environment.
Experience handling email security incidents, spam mitigation, phishing investigations, or abuse management.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to work onsite or hybrid in Taguig on a rotational schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Email Security Operations Centers.
Knowledge of phishing detection, threat intelligence, and cyber incident response.
Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives.
Certifications related to cybersecurity, email security, or Splunk are advantageous.
