Technical Product Manager (AI Risk & Review Workflows)

Location: Poland | Remote

Employment: Full-time, direct hire into an international B2B SaaS product company

Compensation: PLN 230,000–288,000 annually

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own AI-assisted risk assessment and review workflows within an established software product.

Your focus will be turning complex classification results, policy requirements, and user needs into clear, trustworthy product experiences. You’ll help users understand why something has been flagged, decide what needs attention, and take action with confidence.

This is an end-to-end product ownership role, working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Legal, and customer-facing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product lifecycle for review and decision workflows: discovery, prioritisation, requirements, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Design how AI-generated signals reach users, including categories, severity levels, confidence thresholds, review states, and explanations.
  • Balance automation with human oversight, making decisions understandable, traceable, and auditable.
  • Work with Data Science on classification quality, false positives and negatives, and effective human review.
  • Translate complex policy, privacy, licensing, and regulatory requirements into practical product behaviour.
  • Define requirements for APIs, webhooks, data models, and access permissions with engineering teams.
  • Improve workflow efficiency and decision quality, using customer feedback and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning, packaging, and enablement.
  • Communicate clearly across distributed teams, primarily asynchronously, with occasional calls across time zones.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of product management or equivalent technical product ownership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience owning a product or substantial product area from discovery through launch and subsequent improvements.
  • Strong product judgement: you can evaluate usability, challenge assumptions, and distinguish useful AI capabilities from features that add little customer value.
  • A practical understanding of AI classification: inference, confidence thresholds, false positives and negatives, and human review.
  • The ability to turn ambiguous business or regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Enough technical fluency with API contracts, webhooks, data models, and role-based access to work effectively with engineers.
  • Strong written communication and confidence collaborating with international stakeholders in English.
  • An independent, collaborative approach and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.

You do not need to train models or build AI pipelines yourself. You should understand their behaviour well enough to make informed product decisions.

Experience that would be especially useful

  • Trust and safety, content moderation, risk scoring, or compliance products.
  • AI classification, multimodal AI, or model evaluation workflows.
  • Review queues, approval processes, case management, or other human-in-the-loop products.
  • Translating privacy, disclosure, licensing, or other regulatory requirements into software.
  • Customer-facing APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.
