Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies to build agentic solutions.
  • Experience with data analytics and dashboard development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in fraud, spam and abuse space/ecosystem.
  • Experience of working on LLM prompting or developing AI agents.
  • Experience in implementing and delivering process improvements.
  • Technical proficiency coupled with the ability to earn the trust and respect of engineering teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business/technical/product stakeholders and leadership to align project priorities and schedules.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) , Applied AI and agentic solutions to fully understand their potential for developing and scaling effective abuse-fighting strategies and how they are being used throughout the program portfolio.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables.
  • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
  • Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
  • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
