Description

The Content Moderation Representative - Trilingual will be responsible for visually navigating, labeling, and reviewing images, video, accounts, and text-based content, ensuring that it is in conjunction with client policy.

Main Responsibilities

Develop a solid understanding and application of Social Media moderation rules and guidelines.

Review uploaded content and take applicable actions to approve, disapprove, or escalate any content, by marking and categorizing all videos according to the policies

Show appropriate judgment in alerting Sr. mods and leads to escalate any sensitive content that requires further action.

Aid in reporting inappropriate use of Social media content on off-site platforms.

To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.

Staying up to date with the latest cultural global updates and trends

Demonstrated passion for excellence with an understanding their actions impact not only single users but an entire online community.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Has "thick skin" and can handle reviewing a wide variety of content/text.

Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.

Strong self-organization, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and listening skills

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and overtime

Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.

Attention to Detail - Focused on visual details and time management

Drive for Results - This role will bring a strong level of ownership/accountability for your success in reaching your targets daily. You will achieve your daily productivity while ensuring high quality in each case you review.

Education / Experience and Knowledge

Highschool degree

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Knowledge and use of Internet search.

Experience and/or knowledge of BPO industry - Desirable

English and Portuguese -B1 and above

Oral and written comprehension

Appropriate usage of language

Brazilian knowledge market

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and stay updated on changing policies

Schedule: 6 AM to 3 PM (Weekends and national holidays off).
