Our Partner Company, buycycle. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trust & Safety Analyst. Buycycle. is the leading marketplace for pre-owned bikes. And to help them grow and improve, they want you on the team. They're always looking for more talent with a variety of backgrounds.

The ideal candidate attributes:

Higher education;

1-3 years of experience in a technical, cyberscurity, customer support or client-facing role;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language;

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure;

Basic technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems;

Ideally interest in AI and new automation technologies;

Main job responsibilities:

Ensure the buycycle marketplace is a trusted place for buyers and sellers;

Monitor automations and conduct audits of individual users to identify potential attack vectors;

Think outside the box to improve our moderation systems;

Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams;

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes and product features;
