A team of 35 highly involved staff members work for misterb&b across our 3 offices: Los Angeles, Paris, and Lima.

Responsibilities :

-Provide Trust & Safety support from Tuesday through Saturday, ensuring timely assistance for customers across multiple time zones worldwide.

-Proactively identify, investigate, and prevent potential fraudulent activities to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.

-Enforce Trust & Safety policies and procedures consistently, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

-Manage and oversee user verification processes, ensuring the authenticity of hosts and guests while maintaining a seamless user experience.

-Monitor and analyze transactions on the platform to detect suspicious behavior, reduce risks, and prevent disputes before they arise.

-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve safety-related issues, improve processes, and enhance overall platform trust and security.

-You will be in charge of providing our users with an incredible customer service and to help more and more of our clients feel more than satisfied with the misterb&b experience. You will have many opportunities to improve skills.

-Manage all kinds of situations: calm worried travelers and turn them into our best ambassadors.

-Reply quickly to a high volume of messages and questions from our users.

-Offer a high quality service to our clientele through our e-mail support platform.

-Localize our users by giving them the best service possible so that they fall in love with misterb&b and use us regularly.


Your are:

Very comfortable on the telephone, not afraid to engage in sometimes complicated conversations with our users.

You have great commercial skills, and are not afraid of spending a lot of time on the phone.

You are a problem solver and want to help our users as much as possible with the site, as well as to provide a quality follow up service (like the one you've always wanted when you call a hotline)

You are organized and know how to balance multiple problems at once and to resolve them efficiently.


Qualifications

- English is mandatory, French is desired

- Desire to help others

- You support misterb&b and are excited at the idea of ​​sharing your passion


Other details :

- Starting date: ASAP

- Internship contract

- Basic salary: S/. 1,000.

- Perfomance bonuses (after testing period): S/. 260

TOTAL OF UP TO: S/. 1,260

- SCHEDULE: Tuesday to Saturday 12pm to 5pm

- Hybrid work: 2 days at the office (Tuesday and Thursday) + 3 days at home
