Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Support Agent located in Gurugram. The Voice Support Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer and technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves communicating with customers, analyzing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to their problems. Additionally, the Voice Support Agent will document and track issues and feedback for continuous improvement.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a voice-based support role is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
