Software Engineering Manager, Account Integrity

8+ years of, or PhD + 4 years of software engineering work experience, including hands on technical management Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers 2+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels 5+ years of experience focusing on account integrity, security, enforcement, detection, or related domains Experience working with a variety of systems, including backend, client, and platform components, with a proven understanding of their unique challenges and requirements in account security and integrity Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for software development and security, especially in account security or fraud detection Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including product, data science, policy, and other integrity teams to design account safeguards
