In this pivotal role, you’ll develop safety strategies, oversee investigations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold a positive and respectful player environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce Trust & Safety policies to address harassment, cheating, fraud, and other types of abuse

  • Lead investigations into player reports and safety-related incidents with a focus on fairness, speed, and thoroughness

  • Collaborate with moderation teams to ensure timely actions and consistent enforcement

  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to design and refine safety tools and features

  • Monitor trends, assess emerging risks, and propose proactive solutions

  • Respond quickly and effectively to high-impact or urgent safety issues

  • Provide regular insights and reports to the Head of Safety & Support

  • Partner with internal teams across disciplines to foster a holistic safety culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Online Safety, or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related discipline

  • Experience working with gaming platforms or user-generated content communities

  • Strong understanding of online safety challenges and moderation best practices in the gaming industry

  • Exceptional crisis management and cross-functional communication skills

  • Familiarity with global online safety regulations (e.g. COPPA, GDPR, DSA, UKOSA) and platform liability

  • Confidence in using data and AI-driven moderation tools to support decision-making

  • A deep commitment to building safe, inclusive digital communities for diverse audiences

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • A supportive, collaborative, and multinational work environment in the heart of Copenhagen

  • A flexible approach to working hours, with the option to work remotely one day per week

  • The chance to contribute to a popular and growing game

  • The opportunity to positively shape the experience of a diverse and creative global player community
